　　第三届“洋眼看天津”摄影比赛的活动主题为“聚焦魅力天津见证发展成就”。摄影比赛将评选特等奖、一等奖、二等奖、三等奖、最佳人气奖、优秀奖、入围奖等奖项，并为获奖者颁发荣誉证书及奖品。同时，获奖结果及作品将在天津市主要媒体上进行公布和报道。
　　The third photo contest of “Tianjin in My Eyes” is in the theme of “focusing on amazing Tianjin, bearing witness to the achievements of development”. The contest will set such awards items as special prize, the first prize, the second prize, the third prize, the best popularity award, excellence award and the finalist, and the prize winners will be honored with certificates and the prizes. The awarding results and award-winning works will be released and reported in the press.
　　活动期间，主办方将组织开展在津外籍人才“中国日”、津味民俗体验、魅力天津寻访、外籍人才助威全运赛场、聚焦“华博会”、“镜头里的天津故事”等主题活动，组织和引导外国专家开展采风拍摄与交流。请大家敬请期待，持续关注，踊跃参加。
　　During the activities, the sponsors will organize foreign talents to carry out such themed activities as “Chinese Day”, Tianjin customs experiencing activity, seeking for amazing Tianjin, foreign talents cheering for national sports game, focusing Overseas Chinese Fair, Tianjin story from camera and the like, organizing and directing foreign experts to conduct field trips for taking pictures and exchange the technique of taking a photo.
